As you may have noticed, there has been no voting posted for week 162. This is because we only received 2 icons in three weeks.

At this point, I have to consider whether this icontest should remain open. The turnout has been low for a while, and quite a few weeks have been cancelled recently because of it. I would like for the community to remain open, but I'm not sure what to do in order to increase participation.

I would welcome suggestions for how to conduct future weeks and corrections on what I've done so far. Comments on this post are unscreened in order to encourage open discussion. If you would like to contact me privately, I'm always open to PMs.

I'm going to hold off on posting a new week until I know whether there's enough interest in the icontest to keep it going.
